While I do believe in seeking professional therapy if you feel like you cannot manage your life in a healthy way, music has also been my therapy. When I am feeling happy, mad or sad there is always that perfect song to reassure me. Music feeds my spirit and allows me to live in the moment of the lyrics. I’ve shared some of my favorite songs below. I love ALL genres of music but the below selections would be my favorites.
